Building engineer and interior designer. With over 10 years of experience, he is the founder and director of Sigfrido Serra Studio.
He holds a degree in Technical Architecture Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He also has a diploma in Interior Design from the Valencia School of Art and Design and the Hochschule Rosenheim. He also trained in the specialities of Objekt-Projekt by James Orron, Daily Soap by Rainer Haegele, Campus Store by Frank Marcus, Virtual Architecture by Ricardo Pérez and Naval Interior Design by Arturo Catalá. He completed his studies in London at the Central School of English.
Sigfrido Serra was the founder and director of Sinmas estudio. He has participated in major design and interior design competitions, including Casa Decor 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, Marbella Design Week 2021, Habitat Fair 2024 and 2025, COVERING Orlando 2025, Forinvest 2025, Cersaie 2025, CES Las Vegas 2022 and ADN Forum 2023 and 2024. He also works on interior design, architecture and urban planning projects for Valencia City Council.
Sigfrido currently combines his architecture and interior design studio with teaching, as a professor at Barreira Arte + Diseño, specialising in the Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and the MINT Master’s Degree, as well as director of the Master’s Degree in Interior Design: MOOD.
He has been chosen by AD magazine as one of the best interior designers on the Spanish scene for two consecutive years.
